Country Shows and Fairs reserves the right to withhold, suspend or withdraw any advertising, without notice, where it comes to our attention that it contains inaccurate or misleading material or any other material that could in the sole opinion of  Country Shows and Fairs be construed as inaccurate, illegal or misleading. This right will be exercised at  Country Shows and Fairs’ sole discretion.

• Payment

Advertising is accepted on a Payment with Order basis. Under certain circumstances, and at their sole discretion,  Country Shows and Fairs may vary this requirement, in which case the modified payment terms will be clearly stated in writing.

It is a requirement of acceptance of advertising that all payment is made within the payment terms specified. If no terms are specified they will be deemed to be Payment with Order.

 Country Shows and Fairs reserves the right to  refuse, withhold, suspend or withdraw any advertising material for which the fee payable has not been paid in accordance with the applicable Payment Terms, without notice. This provision does not exclude Country Shows and Fairs from pursuing full payment for all services provided and/or compensation for any consequential or resultant loss, and does not remove the responsibility of the advertiser for the full amount due.

• Acceptance

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of acceptance of any advertising.

Failure to observe any of the above conditions of advertising with www.countryshowsandfairs.co.uk may, at our sole discretion, result in the immediate and summary refusal, withholding, suspension or withdrawal of any advertising material, without notice. In such a circumstance  Country Shows and Fairs will not be responsible for the return of any fees paid which will be forfeit.
